Moment to moment polling
TurningPoint's got worms!

Cast your mind back to that time when we had no Parliament in place, and the televised election debates were going on. Do you remember the 'worm' being used to understand the audience’s feelings and reactions to the debate as it happened?

Since that debate a few of you have asked us if TurningPoint can do the worm, and not the break-dancing kind. Well, as ever with these topics, the answer is 'yes'. Find out how to use it in this tutorial.

TurningPoint Anywhere
TurningPoint Anywhere tutorial

We love PowerPoint. We really do. But sometimes we find ourselves wanting to take votes outside PowerPoint. Sometimes we're working with our interactive whiteboard software, or on the internet, and need to gather opinions there instead.

And that’s one reason why TurningPoint rocks. We can vote outside PowerPoint whenever we like. If you already own TurningPoint then go ahead and download TurningPoint Anywhere for free. You’ll find links to do this in our website’s software section. Once you're done, watch this video tutorial to get yourself started.

We're probably biased

It’s true. We're happy to admit that if you asked us what we thought of TurningPoint we're likely to gaze whistfully in to the distance and mumble something about how it’s…just…brilliant.

To get you the real lowdown on TurningPoint, and more inspiration on how to use your kit, we asked people how and where they use TurningPoint and, joy of joys, we filmed them talking about their experiences. See what they have to say here, and get even more ideas for your next session.
Shameless Plugs
Shameless plugs

We TurningPoint experts are game for (almost) anything so we thought we'd have a go at creating our own shameless plugs.

Why did we risk life, limb and dignity?

Simple really – we thought we'd set the bar and help get your creative juices flowing. See ours here and if you think you can be as ridiculous as we were, or as inventive as Pam Marsh was, then you could win stuff from our stash!
Caption Competition
Caption competition

This month we have a treat in the form of an extra way to win prizes. You can always enter a 'Shameless Plug' but we want a caption for our picture of Paul and Claire modelling their TurningPoint bags at Thorpe Park. We've been assured that they are sitting on cannons but it’s up to you to explain what’s really going on.

The best caption to come in by 30th June 2010 will receive one of our ever-popular designer bath ducks, so get those thinking caps on.

RF LCD Offers
Offers update

The RF-LCD 32 and 40 handset kits have just become part of our buy-one-get-one-half-price offer. They’ve been designed with the needs of larger groups in mind. If that’s you, check them out or give us a call. Not much more to say really.
We hope you enjoyed these articles, or at least found them useful. If you have any comments or simply fancy a chat then feel free to give us a call on 0845 371 8510.

All the best from the team at TurningPoint!
